No. This does NOT include the price of the actual book. You will not receive a book at the end of this if you have not paid for a book separately (we can help with the ordering process or order for you with separate payment of the book).
This service includes receiving your set of images, culling them (ie picking through them and narrowing down the best ones that tell your story as a whole), beautifully organizing the smaller group of images into the design of a photo book, and working with you through up to 3 sets of revisions.
Again, you will need to purchase the photo book separately. Price of book is based on where you decide to get it printed.
All photo books will include two lines of text on the front cover.
In general, less is more when it comes to text in a photo book. However, for text within the pages of the book, you’ll be able to indicate where you’d like text once you’ve received the design proofing link. There is a way to add comments on each page, which can be used to let us know what text you might like on that page.
You will receive a proof of your design in two business days of sending your set of images. Revisions may take up to an additional 3 days each after receiving them.
For photo books with up to 40 pages, feel free to send up to 100 images. Books will have a minimum of 20 pages so please send a minimum of 40 images in a set.
For books with up to 80 pages, feel free to send up to 500 images, but please note that we will only include 100-200 images in the final design.
The easiest way is to send over a link from iCloud or DropBox. You’ll get further details via email. We can help you with this process.
Unless you have less than 50 images, most likely not all of your images will be used. Don’t feel like you have to pick through them ahead of time though. We’ll be going through and picking out the best images that tell your story. These don’t all have to be perfect. Some might be a little out of focus or a little blurry or with not great lighting, but if it’s funny or telling a bigger story, we’ll be sure to include it.
